Payments for individual book purchases are processed through PayPal. Library Access subscriptions are processed through Gumroad.
Refunds and your rights
Individual book purchases. For an individual book purchase made through PayPal, you may request assistance or a refund by contacting us at coachdoaabazan@gmail.com. Payments and any approved refunds are processed through PayPal. Refund eligibility and any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights are governed by mandatory consumer law and the terms presented at checkout. Nothing here removes any rights you have under applicable law or under PayPal’s applicable buyer protection terms.
Library Access subscriptions. Library Access subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through Gumroad. You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal through Gumroad or through the subscription management link in My Library. After cancellation, access to the included books remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription billing issues, disputes, and refund requests are subject to the applicable terms and information presented at checkout, the payment provider’s applicable terms, and mandatory consumer law. Reading access
Free borrowing is separate from individual book purchases and Library Access. A refund, cancellation, expiration, or other change to paid access does not affect your ability to borrow eligible books under the library’s standard free-borrowing rules.
